Whether you are new to yoga, or have been standing on your head for years, it’s easy to find a level that suits your experience - read below what to know:
For all new students. We admit new students in Feb, Mar, Apr, Jun, Sep, Oct and Nov.
For anyone who has already completed a Level 1, beginner / intro course in Iyengar yoga. We admit new students frequently.
For anyone with a few years of experience with Iyengar Yoga. This level is much higher than Level 2 and therefore only suitable for the student that comes to class at least twice a week or has quite a steady home practice.
For the student with substantial understanding of Iyengar yoga and a strong and mature practice. To be accepted into these classes you need permission. Mail/ask if you think you will fit into this level. New students are welcome in September and March only.
classes with a slower and more gentle pace for anyone who needs a less demanding yoga. Students are admited frequently.
