IYENGAR® yoga

IYENGAR® IYENGAR yoga is an advanced system comprised of many hundred positions (asanas) and breathing technique (pranayama). BKS Iyengar’s method is based on thoroughness and precision, encompassing both simple, and really demanding, asanas. Iyengar yoga will slowly, but surely, give you a deeper control over your body, and a sharpened metal awareness. BKS Iyengar describes it himself as ”meditation in action”.
