Welcome

Dear friends in yoga from any part of the world we invite you to join our ongoing courses in Iyengar yoga in our charming and spacious center in Copenhagen. We offer bilingual classes both for visiting students and the students with permanent residence in Copenhagen.

If you want to deepen your practice further you can also join Jette's workshop in Toronto in September or do our workshop in Goa in December/January. Also notice Claus are doing workshops in Stavanger and Bergen in Norway.

We offer week long intensives several times a year at our center and can help you to deepen your practise and understanding of yoga both as a beginner and a more mature student of yoga. We hope to be able to welcome you to visit our friendly town and yoga community any time you like.
